Storm player called up to USHL

The Windy City Storm is pleased to announce U18 Goalie, Brayden Macko @braydenmac33 has been called up to the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL in an emergency back-up role Macko, has started in 19 games so far this season carrying a 1.75 GAA and a .929 SV% with 6 shutouts.

Brayden is the 6th U18 team member this season so far to sign a tender agreement in the NAHL, to be called up or commit D1, joining Landon Greenough (Anchroage), Matt Croxall (Maryland), Owen O’Rear (Janesville Jets), Sam Grimaldi (New Mexico), Alex Calbeck (Western Michigan D1)

“Brayden is a big, athletic goaltender who has continued to develop into a top goaltender in the state of Illinois and country at the AAA level. We are proud of his opportunity and wish him luck,” comments Head Coach U18 Anthony Bohn.
