The Windy City Storm is pleased to announce U18 forward, Ryan Seelinger, has signed a tender agreement with the New Mexico Ice Wolves in the North American Hockey League (NAHL).
New Mexico is in its fourth season in Albuquerque. The first ever NAHL South
Division Championship title for the NM Ice Wolves comes fresh off recently announced
NAHL season honors in which Head Coach Phil Fox was named 2021-
2022 NAHL Coach of the Year and Team Owner Stan Hubbard was named 2021-2022 NAHL Executive of the Year.
Seelinger, a Miami University (Ohio) commit, is Windy City’s leading scorer this season with 32 points and has been with the club for the last two seasons, playing with the U16 Storm in 2021-2022.
Ryan is the third U18 team member this season so far to sign a tender agreement,
joining Max Miller (Fairbanks) and Daniel Johnson (Bismarck).
“Our entire club is very proud and excited for Ryan and his family. He is a consistent worker, a player who has bought into the daily development model here at WCS and is reaping the benefits. We are excited to watch him as he progresses through the Junior ranks and beyond,” comments Head Coach U18 Anthony Bohn.
